The Christmas Show

The pupils and staff did a great job putting on a super show for parents and friends. The Juniors performed a lovely Nativity narrated by Mr ward while the Seniors performed the X-Mas factor. Well done everyone!

PSNI visit school

This term the Junior School have been learning about Transport. The PSNI brought their police car to school for the children to see and learn about the work of a police car.

Pathways visit the Grenlight Gateway Centre

This month Pathways went on a trip to the Greenlight Gateway centre in  Ballycastle, they enjoyed African drumming and archery!! Next week is the last of their cookery lessons at the NRC. They would like to thank Vivian their tutor for all her help and support!!

Pathways attend the Young Enterprise Awards at Belfast City Hall

On Thursday 7th May some of Pathways pupils attended the Northern Ireland finals of the Young Enterprise Awards. They had a lovely evening with Pete Snodden hosting the event and listening to Belfast Gospel Community choir. Unfortunately they didn’t win any awards but we are really proud of all their hard work which got them that far.

S1 won ‘highly commended’ at Antrim garden Show for ‘edible potted garden’ competition.

Exciting news from Pathways!

On 22nd April a film crew for young enterprise filmed Pathways, they are to create a short film celebrating the success of the Pathways team programme winner 2015.

Pathways

Bricks for kids using Lego programme started this month and is running for the next few weeks to help develop social skills and team work with Pathways students. 

 

M2 Become Disability NI Kurling Champions!

M2 took part in the Disability NI Kurling Championships at Antrim Forum on Thursday 8th November 2012 with a little help from J2. They beat 19 teams from other special schools around the country to become Champions. Well done everyone!
